Where does it come from? As far as possible from the region, of course. From the cheese dairy in Ettal. Sustainable fish farming from the Isar valley. Green art from the south of Munich. And sometimes even from the farms of our employees. For us, this is honest enjoyment and therefore also the basis of our cuisine. From breakfast or Sunday brunch, a healthy afternoon snack or homemade cake in our Naschwerk, to an unusual or down-to-earth dinner in the Wurzelwerk. We are proud of our cuisine and we want everyone to know that.

What could be better than starting the morning with a relaxed, energizing breakfast? At the lovingly prepared breakfast buffet in the Werdenfelserei you can feast on vital delicacies and toast to life with a glass of sparkling Prosecco. If the weather permits, you can also enjoy it on our covered stream terrace. For late risers or late breakfasters there is our brunch on Sundays. Our extensive breakfast buffet is complemented by a traditional Weißwurst breakfast and hot dishes from the kitchen.

At lunchtime and in the afternoon, our Naschwerk invites you to a cozy intermezzo in between. At the long table, in the lounge or on the covered stream terrace, you can feast on our popular tarte flambée, crispy salad creations and other regional and seasonal delicacies.

In the evening, the cooking pots and pans are being swilled. All kinds of delicious things are loaded into them. Always regional and seasonal. Our à la carte restaurant impresses with modern and above all creative cuisine – because that’s what our kitchen team likes best. And because we know that tastes differ, we give our guests the choice when it comes to our menus. You can put together your very own 3-course or 4-course menu from the dishes on the current menu. We think flexibility and simplicity are really good.

BAR NEUN10 is not just a hotel bar. It is a meeting place for guests and locals. The focus is on cocktails. Classic mixed drinks as well as our bar manager’s own reinterpreted creations can be found here. Above all, it is important to us to move away from sweet drinks and go back to the beginnings of bar culture.
