“UP AND DOWN” – SYSTEMIC COACHING

The way to the summit is sometimes difficult. Some paths seem endless and some flanks are just too steep and too dangerous. And not every rope team is the right one for every goal. Christian Thiele gives seminars and workshops on the topics of leadership, cooperation and conflict, communication as well as stress management and resilience. Most people find it easier to find new options or perspectives if they can try something, play and / or discuss something with other people – than if they only see it in a PowerPoint presentation. For this reason, work is primarily carried out using experience-intensive and action-oriented methods (systemic sculptures, role play, small group tasks). You can (and should) always bring real questions from real (professional) life into the seminar room. Because working with these concerns is usually more valuable than any theory and model.
