Please note that our hotel is not a kid’s hotel. Therefore, we do not offer kids-programs and special infrastructure for children.

Check-In & Check-Out
Our rooms are ready from 3 PM on the day of arrival and we would ask you to vacate your room by 11 AM on the day of departure.

Christmas: minimum stay of 3 nights
New Year’s Eve: minimum stay of 5 nights (no arrival / departure on 23.12.2019 | 01.01.2020)

CANCELLATION POLICY

• up to one month before arrival there are no cancellation fees
• from 29 to 15 days before arrival, 40% of the booking price will be charged
• from 14 days and no-show 80% of the booking price will be charged

During Carnival, Christmas & New Year (20.12.19-05.01.20), if canceled 30 days before arrival, 80% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
