The Werdenfelserei has created a two-floored wellness area, a place of real relaxation. The architecture brings a relaxed chalet atmosphere thanks to its openness and a far-reaching view of the mountains.
The Werdenfelserei has succeeded in uniting apparent opposites. Spaciousness and openness alternate with cuddly niches and retreats that offer homely privacy. Being able to retreat is often the best way to relax and unwind. The fireplace lounge with a view of the crackling open fire is one of the best places to do so.
Relaxation wherever you look
The heated outdoor pool, high up on a roof terrace of 70 m2, offers enough space for swimming. Unless, of course, you are so impressed by the view of the mountains that you prefer to rest on one of the cosy daybeds or lounge chairs and enjoy the sunny side of life. Finnish sauna with 90 °C, bio-sauna with 65 °C, steam bath, salt peeling, infrared cabins –
at Werdenfelserei everything you need comes together.
SPA HEAVEN ABOVE GARMISCH
The spa’s name is program: You feel like in heaven, even though you’ve got both feet firmly on the ground. Or are enjoying one of the treatments, which we highly recommend. Again, the Werdenfelserei relies on the effects of nature. The product line
“Vitalis Dr. Joseph ” reinvigorates the body with the power of South Tyrolean mountain herbs. With “Pharmos Natur” you can enjoy the healing qualities of the aloe vera plant for facial treatments. In the products of “alpienne” the power of the local mountain herbs is at work. All three natural cosmetic lines match the Werdenfelserei’s philosophy: nature and naturalness, wood and sustainable construction as well as regional cuisine.
Speaking of nature
Of course there is also a gym, which is small and nice. But here you will find no treadmill, no home trainer, no weights or other equipment – here you train your muscles by using your own body weight – this is a natural approach, matching the concept of Werdenfelserei. Instead of staying at the gym, you are encouraged to take advantage of the beauty of nature, to hike over mountain ridges, to climb peaks, ride a bike, practice yoga, be active, and simply enjoy life.
