Werdenfelserei is a place where quite a few things are out of the ordinary. And with good reason: The Erhardt family and their team have spent a lot of time thinking about how to spoil their guests. Good food plays an important role. For everyone to be able to satisfy their appetite regardless of mealtimes, there are lunch and afternoon snacks. Soups, salads, crostinis, fresh tarte flambée from the bread oven, sweet snacks and cakes from our patisserie – plus “Wildkaffee” from the Garmisch coffee roasting house – a true specialty.
Bar Neun10 is not just a hotel bar. It‘s a hangout for guests as well as locals. The focus lies on the cocktails, such as classical mixes but also reinterpreted creations by our bar manager. Above all, it is important for us to walk away from sweet drinks and go back to the beginnings of bar culture. New creations, such as cocktails with tea, offer a healthy alternative to juice and mixtures with syrups. In addition to unusual creations with gin and vodka, rum is currently very popular on our new bar menu. Rum is the counter-concept to all the crazy drinks that can currently be ordered anywhere. It allows you to enjoy yourself when you don’t feel like experimenting. It’s dependability in a glass. With rum, you can prepare complex drinks or just enjoy it pure. But one thing is sure – quality matters and is essential to our bartenders.
