Our yoga hours consist of coordinated motions in different body positions, careful breathing, and relaxation exercises, or guided meditation in the end.

The focus of afternoon and evening yoga courses is regenerating energy balance and conscious tranquillity. Morning exercises are designed for activating your body and accumulating energy.

Powerful Yoga for a full-body workout

Yoga is not just about stretching and meditating! Vinyasa Power Yoga is a full-body workout that is guaranteed to make you sweat.

The combination of power yoga and music in the vinyasa makes you feel as if you are dancing on your yoga mat. Movement, breathing, and music become one. You are absolutely focused on the nuances of your movement and consciously perceive the moment.

Vinyasa Power Yoga greatly strengthens the concentration and flexibility of beginners. It includes physically demanding postures and primarily addresses the deep muscles. It also mobilizes the spine and joints and loosens fascial tissue by bending, stretching, and rotating. As the exercises become more and more complex, strength, stamina, and mindfulness are trained. The movements become more and more flowing and varied from level to level. This trains the dynamic balance and your body awareness. When breathing and movement begin to adjust, this yoga style helps you to understand and control your breathing more, especially during a movement sequence.

Is Vinyasa Power Yoga for you?

Vinyasa Power Yoga is for you if you are looking for a dynamic and body-centered yoga style. Vinyasa is one of the most sophisticated but also most difficult yoga styles out there. Beginner courses are designed so that you can keep up as a normal athletic person. Some people like the dynamic style and so you can slowly approach the more difficult levels. The focus is always on learning to be aware of the breathing and using it synchronously with the movements.

Our fitness room

Of course we also have a fitness room, which is small but nice. Here you won‘t find a treadmill, home trainer, weights or other equipment – here you train your muscles using your own body weight. Once again this is a natural approach, fitting the concept of the Werdenfelserei.
Instead of lingering in the fitness room, why not take advantage of the beauty of nature? Hike over mountain ridges, climb to the summit, ride a bike, practice yoga, just be active and enjoy life. Join people with similar interests, explore the mountains with a fitness trainer, or set off on your own. Just enjoy nature.

Various breathing exercises help with stress

Start your day with this blood circle activating
practice. 60 min training is combined with
fat burning outdoor excercises and
gives your muscles a boost. The training
finishes with stretching excecises

A regenerative back treatment with highly effective natural substances and an individual massage.
Singing bowls and cupping glasses relieve tension of the back muscles

This figure training focuses on thighs, buttocks,
abdomen and waist. It’s an intense full body workout

This is a simple but very effective and intense
full-body workout. The goal of the course is muscle
building and figure tightening. We mainly train with
our own body weight.

FASCIA TRAINING

(approx: ca. 30 min)

Did you know that the fasciae, the connective tissue,
have significantly more pain receptors than muscles?
Matted fascia complicates and prevents the blood
circulation and supply of surrounding tissue.
The increased flexibility and mobility have a positive
effect on the quality of life.

TRX TRAINING

TRX Suspension training is a highly effective full
body training with body weight as the main training
tool. Small muscles located near joints will be
activated by permanent moving of the belt.
The „instability“ results in a significantly better
effect on big muscle chains as well.
