There are many wellness hotels, but even if we don’t categorize ourselves as a classic wellness hotel, you shouldn’t miss the “Himmel über Garmisch” spa. On two floors, you will find pure relaxation on around 1000 square meters. With a rooftop pool, pool terrace, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Swiss pine infrared cabin, steam bath and relaxation room with fireplace, you can switch off perfectly.

You can really relax in our wellness area. In the relaxation room you can enjoy the nature through the panorama window without any noise and with a lot of space. Snuggle up in a bathrobe in front of the fireplace in the rocking chairs and read a good book, or simply take a nap on the large daybeds on the gallery. Everyone will find their favourite place here.

In our sauna area you can easily start sweating. There is a Finnish sauna, which we like to call “the Finn”, as well as a 60° degree bio sauna made of Swiss pine wood. The former heats up to 90° degrees. In the steam bath you don’t sweat quite as much because of the lower temperatures – but it’s still really good for your immune system. For additional relaxation there is a Swiss pine infrared cabin. Here you can enjoy the soothing warmth in comfortable togetherness. The body receives new energy from the infrared effect of the sun and the Swiss pine wood has a calming effect.

We welcome all guests warmly! However, this requires mutual consideration, especially in the pool area and in the spa. Therefore, we kindly ask all families to adhere to the following points: Please do not leave children unattended in the pool and do not jump from the edge of the pool – this applies to both younger and older guests. Please be quiet in the spa area – especially indoors – so that everyone can enjoy their time out. We want everyone, big or small, to experience great moments in our spa. For this reason, please understand if our spa staff ask you to be quiet.
