At the Werdenfelserei, the morning starts with a breakfast we’d rather not simply call a “buffet”. It’s more like a lovingly prepared start to the day. With regional products, fresh pastries, fine egg dishes, sweet treats, savoury favourites and everything you need to head out in a good mood — or happily stay seated for a little longer.
At lunchtime, our Marenn is waiting. A lovely little boost between a mountain tour, spa time and a stroll through town. Easy-going, honest and just right when a little hunger shows up and the day is far from over. And in the afternoon, things get sweet with our Naschwerk. For that coffee afterwards, a cake moment in between or that little piece of happiness you sometimes simply need.
In the evening, Restaurant Wurzelwerk takes over: time to feast, chat and simply enjoy. At Wurzelwerk, regional cuisine meets fresh ideas — down-to-earth, but never boring. Rooted in the region, yet always open to a little “oh, that’s nice” moment on the plate.
We like food with a story. Cheese from the region. Fish from sustainable farming. Vegetables, herbs and good ingredients from people who truly know their craft. Sometimes, something even comes from the garden, the farm or the hands of our own team. It doesn’t get much closer than that.
