Harmony is created through the connection of opposites. Through the balance of contrasts. Just as relaxation includes activity. With our complimentary weekly programme, these contrasts come together – creating a wonderful balance of restful downtime and healthy movement.
Our fitness room is small, but truly special. You won’t find treadmills, exercise bikes, weight machines or classic gym equipment here. Instead, strength is built using your own body weight. Kettlebells, TRX straps, fascia rollers and our new EISENHORN strength station are ready for guests to enjoy free, functional training.
FITNESS
Whether it’s daily training or gentle movement. Strength or endurance. Increased mobility or targeted muscle work. Our fitness trainer Alex adapts her classes individually to each participant.
YOGA
Yoga is not just stretching and meditation! It is a full-body workout that is guaranteed to bring a few beads of sweat to your brow. Susanne’s yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

With Personal Training or Personal Yoga, a tailor-made training concept or yoga session is created, perfectly adapted to your individual needs.

Vinyasa Yoga
Looking for a workout that challenges you without pushing you too hard? Then Vinyasa Yoga is just right for you. This dynamic yoga style gets you sweating while also bringing you into a state of calm. Flowing movements, harmoniously connected with your breath, engage your entire body. Feel strength, energy and relaxation come together within you.
Yoga – Abs, Legs & Glutes
BBP Yoga is your new power workout, combining yoga and Pilates into a unique fitness experience. Through mindful breathing and meditation, your body is energised and activated. Flowing exercises tone your muscles, strengthen your core and improve flexibility. Best of all: BBP Yoga is suitable for everyone – beginners and advanced participants alike.
TRX Training

Yin Yoga invites you into a world of deep relaxation and gentle stretching – like a wellness retreat for body and mind. This calm yoga style stretches connective tissue, strengthens muscles and joints, and reduces stress. Especially popular with athletes seeking physical and mental recovery.
Early Bird Morning Workout
Early rise, strong start! Our Early Bird workout gets your day off to an energising beginning. Boost your metabolism, clear your mind and soak up good vibes – all in the fresh morning air (or indoors if the weather doesn’t cooperate).
YAB. Workout
This high-energy interval training combines cardio, strength and stability exercises to take your fitness to the next level. A varied programme trains endurance, strength and core at the same time. All exercises can be adapted to suit any fitness level.
Stretch & Relax – Fascia Training
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs, holding your body together like a network. Tight fascia can cause pain, tension and restricted movement. Fascia training helps release blockages, improve circulation and bring new vitality to your body. Afterwards, you’ll feel reborn.
All of our classes are also perfectly suitable for beginners and are great fun even without any prior experience. We adapt each session individually to the needs of our guests, ensuring everyone feels comfortable while still being challenged.
