Harmony arises from the combination of opposites. The balance of contrasts. Rest also includes activity. Our free weekly program combines these opposites. This creates a wonderful balance between relaxing time off and healthy exercise. Our fitness room is a small but really fine place. You won’t find any treadmills, exercise bikes, weights or other equipment here – you train your muscles using your own body weight. Kettlebells, TRX bands, fascia rolls and our new EISENHORN weight station are just waiting to be used by our guests for free training.

Whether it’s daily training or exercise on vacation. Whether it’s strength training or cardio. Whether it’s more flexibility or strengthening individual muscles. Our fitness trainer Thomas takes an individual approach to each person in his courses.

 YOGA

Yoga is not just stretching and meditating! Yoga is much more than that. It is a whole-body workout that is guaranteed to make you sweat. Our yoga classes with Susanne are suitable for all levels.

Personal training with our fitness coach Thomas During personal training with our fitness coach Thomas, a tailor-made training concept is forged that is precisely tailored to your individual needs. This way you can achieve your personal fitness goals during a break in the Werdenfelserei. No time for excuses, it’s time for action!

Thomas Hlawitschka was born and raised in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and studied sports science at the University of Innsbruck. After a career as a professional freeskier, he switched sides and became a trainer himself. Among other things, he coached the German Freeski National Team as national coach. In doing so, “flexibility in training design and goal-oriented training” was and still is his main focus.
