Working out at the Werdenfelserei
Harmony is created from the combination of opposites. The balance of contrasts. Thus, relaxation also includes activity. Our free weekly activity program combines these opposites. The result is a wonderful balance of relaxing time out and healthy exercise.
Our fitness room is a small but really nice space. Here you won’t find a treadmill, exercise bikes, weights or other equipment – here you work out your muscles using your own body weight. Kettlebells, TRX bands, fascia rollers and our new EISENHORN power station are just waiting to be discovered by our guests for free training.

YOGA
Yoga is not just about stretching and meditating! Rather, yoga is a full-body workout that is guaranteed to bring a bead or two of sweat to your forehead. Our yoga classes with Susanne are suitable for all levels.
Personal Training & Personal Yoga
With personal training or personal yoga, a customized training concept or yoga session is forged that is precisely tailored to the respective needs. This allows you to achieve your personal goals during a time-out at Werdenfelserei.

Bye, bye back pain! In this course, you will specifically train your abdominal and back muscles. With gentle stretches and strengthening exercises, you mobilize your spine, reduce tension and declare war on annoying pain. Back yoga is our magic word for more flexibility, strength and well-being.
Vinyasa Yoga
Are you looking for a workout that challenges you without torturing you? Then vinyasa yoga is just the thing for you! This dynamic yoga style will make you sweat and calm you down at the same time. Your whole body is challenged in flowing movements that are harmoniously linked to your breath. Feel how strength, energy and relaxation unite within you.
Yoga – Abs, Legs, Butt
ALB Yoga is your new power workout that combines yoga and Pilates to create a unique fitness experience. With the power of breathing and meditation, you’ll get your body into top gear. Flowing exercises shape your muscles, strengthen your core and improve your flexibility. And best of all: Yoga ALB is suitable for everyone, whether beginner or advanced.
TRX-Training
TRX training is a highly effective full-body workout in which you use your own body weight as training resistance. This gets your entire body moving. TRX training challenges all muscle groups and improves coordination, strength and endurance at the same time. This gives you a more effective and gentle workout.
YAB. Shape
YAB.SHAPE is your ultimate full-body strength and endurance workout that will define your muscles, improve your endurance and make you feel fit and comfortable in your skin. Yoga-Hoop
Do you think yoga is boring and hula hoops are just for kids? Then let the yoga hoop surprise you! This innovative course combines fun, fitness and mindfulness in a unique experience. Yoga Hoop teaches you how to use the hoop consciously and mindfully. Individual yoga poses are combined with the hula hoop to strengthen and mobilize your core in a whole new way.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga immerses you in a world of deep relaxation and gentle stretching – like a wellness retreat for body and mind. This gentle yoga style stretches your connective tissue, strengthens your muscles and joints and de-stresses your body and mind. Athletes will find wellness for mental and physical health here.
Early Bird morning exercise
Get up early, start the day in shape! This early bird workout gets your day off to an energetic and powerful start. Boost your metabolism, clear your head and get you in a good mood – all this and much more awaits you during our crisp workout in the wonderful morning air (or indoors if the weather isn’t playing ball).
YAB. Workout
This high-energy interval training combines cardio, strength and stabilization exercises that will take your fitness to a new level. You can expect a varied program that trains your endurance, strength and core at the same time. The exercises are suitable for all fitness levels and can be individually adapted.
Strech & Relax – Fascial training
Fasciae are the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles and organs and holds your whole body together like a net. Tight fascia can lead to pain, tension and restricted movement. With fascia training, you loosen your fascia, improve your circulation and give your body a boost. You’ll feel like a new person afterwards!
All our courses are also perfect for beginners and are great fun even without any previous knowledge. We adapt our courses to the individual needs of our guests so that everyone feels comfortable and challenged at the same time.
